Hotel a bit out of the way from the city center. Good air conditioning in the rooms. However the shower wasn't draining and the hot water wasn't hot. But the pricing is well below other places nearby.

The staff make this place even more of a wonderful place to stay. The whole place is spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained. The rooms are way larger than the regular European standard. Wall outlets with a switch between 110/240, so all your American appliances wont fry. The price to quality ratio is just to good not to pass up a stay here. Did I not metion ample free parking, well they got that covered too...

We spent 2 nights in Gardenia, and everything was great! Staff is extremly polite and helpful, rooms are small but clean, breakfast simple but tasty! :-) Bus station is 2min walk from the hotel and goes directly to the city centre. You can buy tickets at the reception. They have enough parking space. Would be coming back if we were to visit Verona again!😊

Rooms - we had a double, very confortable, kids were ok sitting in theor room, two TVs, two baths. Even though there are building works around, the hotel is quite ok antiphonated. The people from reception and restaurant very kind. The location is a minus if you want to visit the Center, but with the bus - line 90, you'll get there in 30 minutes. The price is 1.5 EUR one way and you can buy from the hotel. The alternative is by taxi - 25 EUR appx. The breakfast, not very sophisticated (salamy, bacon, boiled eggs, cheese, fruits and some sweets) but very tasty. One in one great experience.

Room is simple but quite nice, good size and clean.The breakfast is simple too. It is easy to go to the city center by bus, there are some options in the bus station in front of the hotel. The staff is kind and politely.

Excellent hotel. Very good staff. Excellent price/quality ratio Pros : Even though the hotel is a bit outside of the historical part of the city, I would strongly recommend it. It is very well connected to the city through public transports. Most important was the cleanliness, as well as the hospitality of the staff. They are always there to assist and provide efficient help in any situation. Thank you for the wonderful stay! Cons : I had to pay an extra 3€ per night which is not a big deal, but was a hidden cost from my perspective. The fee is a touristic tax and is excluded from the room pricing. It would have been better to include it in the original price

Nice hotel with a good price. Little bit dislocated from the city center and all tourist attractions, but it's not hard to get there on your own. Breakfast was good. Service was good. Hotel has a free parking lot which is great if you are coming by car.

Good quality for the price. Spacious rooms, clean bathroom. Convenient location if you want to stay in Verona for a night. Convenient to a shopping place (15 minutes by car). Very professional service. Breakfast was included and we were delighted to enjoy fresh coffee there. I recommend this hotel for one or two night stay while traveling over Italy and exploring Verona.
